Slosh Pipe!

Build a slosh pipe:  Guys: pvc pipe, 4 x 10  Fill half way with water.  Women:  3 x 10

WOD: 21 15 9
deadlift, sit ups, push ups, split jumps - overhead carry between rounds

Josh, Blake and Tim used 225 lb on deadlift while using the sloshpipe for the overhead carry
Susanne used 95 lb on deadlift with sloshpipe for over head carry
Susie, first crossfit ever, used 45 lb on deadlift with a 10 lb plate for overhead carry

Susie is new to us, she is coming to us CANCER FREE!  We are very proud of Susie.
